The guy in the video is an instructor for the Israeli Defence Force and various other military around the world. he's a bit mental!

It's alot of fun and relatively easy to learn as its based on real world scenarios. It cops alot of flak amongs MMA type circles due to the use of groin kicks etc but the idea behind Krav is to remove a threat as quickly and as devastating as possible. It's main function is to either incapacitate, maim or kill your opponent before they can inflict injury on you by attacking the vunerable areas of the body.

Its unique in that it allows for similtaneous defense and attack which is very hard to stop as Krav has no rules unlike most mma.

Get into VB.NET to learn coding. You can download Visual Studio Express for free. Very easy to start with.

Also learn about object orientated programming. Essentially once you have those core skills its just learning the different languages.

@MITCHAY

Metasploit Framework, very fun to use, comes built in with BackTrack 5 (maybe 4 as well). Eventually want to code my own exploits but apparently Ruby is a pain.

I've got a little Python under my belt, forgotten all my C# from uni and tried to learn JavaScript but didn't stick with it.

Funnily enough, VB is what they use for the MS Office exploits. Once a doc is opened it runs the VB script (if enabled) and BAM! Pwned.

Can you recommend a good tutorial?

I can't really recommend a tutorial since I learned in my diploma course but MSDN is a good place to start with anything Microsoft.

Correct!.....and unfortunately it's an illness with no known cure.....this is my third, it's been 7 years since my last one and i thought i was cured, turns out i was only in remission......

I have now accepted the fact it's terminal....

Pretty simple for me.. cars!

I love working on them wether it be from paint and panel to building engines to driving them. I also like to get around to as many car shows as I can especially burnout comps. The car community is strong and there is nothing better than talking cars and watching burnouts and catching up with mates at different shows.

Its hard to say for me. I love a few different things. My passion in V8s is still strong, but has died a little since selling my TT XR8, in the sense that it doesnt consume my life anymore. But still enjoy having it as apart of my life.

I really love the outdoors, 4wdn, manipulating different terrains and pushing a car to its manufactoring limits offroad style.
Other then that my dogs consume a bit of my life aswel!
