Well have been told that is illegal, although i'm not getting into a debate with what is and isn't. In Queensland IT IS.

no!! not quite that bad, i was driving a 1982 sigma 2.0L auto at the time, and a scooter with some racy motox type exhaust beat me up to 40kph!! then of course the pure top end of the sigma sent me hurling past it!!! true story!
