unichips are good, but it seems the ECU starts to compensate after a period of time, hence throwing the tune out again.
Thanatos has had a few issues with tuning in his car, gets awesome AFR's and numbers when its tuned, give it some time and all of a sudden the AFR's are all over the place again.

Doesnt suprise me. EEC is very good at learning around anything which intercepts and modifies incoming/outgoing signals. However a chip which plugs into the J3 port is a different story....

But then so long as you dont mind resetting the ECU every now and then, unichip is no dramas. And make sure its freshly reset prior to the tune, of course.

The purists would never accept a device which EEC is going to fight with. And I suspect walki may be a purist...

it gives good improvements, just the ECU tends to make some adjustments still.
it may be unrelated to the unichip, its just what i've seen on Thanatos' car.
he'd know more :P

J3 or Complete replacement. No interceptors please.

MAF isnt a bad solution at all. A9L ecu + tweecer + MAF conversion
