I pay $17 a month for my unlimited dialup from TPG, if you are paying more then that you are getting reamed by your ISP. 75 a quarter is a joke for unlimited dialup.

ADSL 1500/256 Unlimited (throttled to 64k after 20gig) through tpg... not bad for $49.95 per month, which includes 10mb webspace and 5 emails.

TPG 256 Unlimited.

I didn't upgrade to 1.5 in time, so now I'm stuck with my 256 if I want unlimited as they don't offer it anymore. Damn it!

Oh well, at least I can still do 20gb+ a month and not worry about extra fees :

Telstra 1536/256 ADSL Unlimited. I want to go to 1536/1536 but can't justify the cost atm.

Even 512 download shits me now.

unlimited here but they did ask me how much i would use max a month i said 1-5g's
so i guess thats what they are running me at then
cable rocks but it runs slow sometimes you would too running 5-10 pages at a time.
d/l runs about 70-150kbs normally and as slow as 10kbs if it wants to suck
pay enough for it and telstra gets all my money the bums.. LOL
also on a contract and modem was tested at 780kbs so i know it can go faster Jsmilie:

We have adsl at home, no idea what plan but a hefty one to cope with Marks dowloading frenzy

At the moment though Telstra have problems with our line and the adsl link has been pretty much cactus since Xmas. Telstra say they are coming to fix it next week.. if they don't, you may well see the tanned hide of a Telstra tech for auction on eBay ;)

128 ISDN unlimited Tulstra bigpoo!
I've got the home ph and moblie and internut all on 1 bill under a $100 a mth, with 100 free local calls and free sms!
Thats cheaper than my old connections put together...plus faster net, new mob and 2 home ph's!
Cant have ASDL as Im over 3kms from a exchange, and they have no plans for a new exchange... as usual telstra says #### the country folk, were not viable we cant afford it... we wont make a nice yearly profit other wise, our shareholders are more important than our customers!

thats what ****es me off, the government should get off there **** and provide everyone with broadband internet, i mean its even more important for coutry towns as they are more remote and have to rely on telecommunications more. we are living in the year 2005, broadband has almost become a nessesity for a lot of people.
i live in melbourne and still cant get broadband, there is no excuse.

TPG 1500...what a joke!! 11 days gone still haven't once connected to the inter....

WAIT!!....WAIT!! i can't believe it!!....as i began typing this message, my ADSL began to work...i have waited for 4 years to get broadband, finally!

we had to do 2 line changes (cost $100)...report faults...nothing was working.
now it all works....what the odds of that coincidence?
