Well I'm trying to put weight on,but it's not happening because with my new job I've lost 10kg because I walk 20+ klm's a day in my job 5 day's a week and then when I get home my girlfriend want's to take the dog's for a walk so we do that and then I train with weight's 3 time's a week, it's got to the stage where I just can't sit down anymore because I get bored and need to do something, so my body tell's me, and now my girlfriend and I are looking into getting some mountain bike's to go for a ride after work, this will be the death of me,lol.

I'm on my feet 80% of the time at work but that counts for nothing cos,
Today i had 2 FORCED 50minute walks to get some car stuff and my legs are very tired. All up, i like cars...
I occasionally run down the beach at sunset so my cardio vascular system doesn’t shit its self.
Got into weights 2 years ago and put in a good 9 months... then stopped for some reason. Got results but consistency is a killer.... its easier not to.

Hmmm... I get a good workout lifting the beer bottle to my lips and putting it back down.

Damn I'm lazy.

I occasionally ride the mountain bike to work. I did it to cut down on petrol and wear and tear on my pride and joy. all it did was postpone the accident (due to mechanical failure)

Well I'm a bit worried about the health of the forums after reading three pages of unhealthy confessions. :P

I love aerobics so I used to do that whenever I got the urge. I have videos and make up my own routines so I can do it anytime. Lately however I've stepped it up a notch to try and work on my health and weight more consistently so I do it a lot more often. Funnily enough I just finished exercising and came on to the forums where this thread was the first thing I saw. It's 3:30am but when you get the urge you might as well take advantage of it hehehe. I actually find it most effective not to plan to do exercise at such and such a time and day but just to exercise everytime i have a moment and feel up to it. Even if that's only for 10 minutes and I come back to it later. A little is better than none guys.

Since I've stopped clubbing I've put on about 10-15kg's...ouch.

Now I'm back to the gym doing about 30-60 mins a day exercise. Prob about 15-25 mins cardio and the rest in weights. I do free weights at home and hopefully will get a bench soon and get a bar with some bigger weights.

When daylight savings is on I try my best to give the bike a run too.

Have I lost weight ? It goes up and down depending on how much crap I eat.

If I could sort my diet out I'd shed weight for sure.

Next step I think is to try and do my gym stuff in the morning instead of at night, in order to get better results. Will it happen ? Not looking good so far....

My physical activity involves shifting gears in a manual gearbox, once a week playing volleyball (A Grade Open) and walking the dog. Walking the dog more involves walking her down to the park and letting her off the leash and watch her run and chase other dogs.

New job in 2 weeks... i'll be joining a gym near work in the CBD for sure... before work, afterwork, whenever I can basically...

I play competitive tennis on Saturdays, and try to have a hit about twice a week. Also go to the gym about 3 times a week, 20 mins cardio and 30 mins weights. I think I am fairly fit, although if I improved my diet I would look a little fitter I think.
