Looks like I never posted here, just seen it pop up on 'new posts', I hope it is not too late LOL
Currently running a BAII Barra wagon, replaced a heavily used (by POs) similar but earlier BA wagon, which was polished off by a big buck roo coming back from Melbourne after putting a deposit on the white one. Prior were three Falcon utes, used for farm/building purposes, but really bought to tow the racecar - that tub with canopy was mighty useful for all the paraphernalia that a racecar comes with. Aiming to keep it stock, except for replacement aftermarket ICC, this is Boring, aka the Barge. Fun is my dual duty 2004 MX5SE turbo, 200rwkw and the suspension from the racecar. Currently finalising the aero package before hitting track next year. This car is not the reliable transport I was expecting. Latest is a plug/COP change following a developing miss, which seems to be related to an oily plug, even though no sign of oil getting down the tunnel. The ICC in this car is hopeless, yet the older/higher Kms predecessor was fine. |
