Was talking to one of the local dealers - there's 34 on a boat coming to their chain - 20 in Tangerine Scream.

Took one for a spin, loved it. Got her all priced up for the minister for War and Finance...he's approved, so seems it's a goer.

There are 2 black ones sitting at nuford still with all their wrapping on it. Stickers seem to indicate they come from USA? They look bloody good. Excuse my ignorance!

Brought one in Tangerine Scream two days ago and it just awesome to drive! Basically test drove it on Thursday night and then brought it on the spot.

I doubt they are now producing right hand drive in the US, I am sure ours are always destined to be sourced from Germany, some time down the track that could migrate to Thailand but anywhere else is unlikely

Yea your probably right. Sticker on the glass said something like Ford distribution with a Michigan address though.

I really feel bad for you guys who have had to wait. I was very lucky and found one at my local dealer all ready to go. Definitely worth the wait though!

The boss told me I had to wait, but yes, it's been tedious! I couldn't imagine waiting four! :(

Very much so, its a nice place to be cornering gives a strange feeling as the car finds the grip with minimal wheels spin.
It produces a nice noise inside to, and thats coming from someone with a nice exhaust on an XR5T, outside noise i dont know. But it is much more refined compared to the old car, ride is a little softer, but still firm enough to provide good feed back, clutch is a tiny bit hard but not majorly. And all the goodys inside are very nice.
Seats are very supportive and again i didnt think they were better then what was in the XR5, i think my 70kilo frame fits them well.
Im definitely very keen on one now.

Yep, they are very nice out of the box, never even driven an XR5 so cannot compare. One would think the first feeling is enough but I went with a tune and it stepped it up quite nicely. If you want to be aggressive at times the rear motor mount rears its ugly head, shift bang and annoying wheel hop. I have just ordered the e-Focus rear motor motor mount, $110US delivered, confident that will be the last mod if all goes well. You cant do much wrong going with one of these in my opinion. If that's your colour choice its a good one

Never been able to hear the exhaust, if the window is down the cabin symposer is still dominant, and in all honesty after three seconds off the line there is too much wind noise to hear it, these things move quite nicely.
