Something mellow, preferably classical. Put anything else on and the foot fills with lead

depend where i'm driving, aroud town it's usually rock or metal,
but out on the open road when it's a cool day i'll wind all the windows down set the cruise and crank stuff like. (some of it's self centered)

-life is a highway
-run to paradise
-nothin gonna break my stride
-hot blooded

I don't really have a particular song or few songs, anything black/death metal is good for me.

Soft & slow just doesn't suit the 8 cylinder rumble
If you want the real Offspring before they became **** (in which Americana was the beginning of their path to shitness), get their first album. Best album by a mile.

Out on Patrol.

Depends, most of the time heavy is good like in deaths embrace by dimmu borgir, angel of death or dittohead both by slayer but if its just a quiet kind of a drive anything by black label society does the trick.

Since I took the rear muffler out of the XR8, I don’t listen to as much music but when I do I can’t go past anything by Toby Keith, Adam Brand, Big n Rich, Kenny Chesney, AC/DC or Metallica. Kerosene by Miranda Lambert is awesome especial the video on the ipod. But damm it’s fun driving through Auburn listening to Toby Keiths “Taliban song”.

I've had the Brooks and Dunn Big n Rich cd for about 6 months now, it has barely left the cd player. It did leave the cd player on the trip to geelong last weekend... after it played through 3 times lol O/H was getting annoyed i think.

Other than that when i do decide to listen to something different i have Metallica (the black album) ACDC, Nickelback, Cold Chisel, Dierks Bentley, Adam Brand, Travis Sinclair, and Lee kernaghan that stay in my car permanently!

LOL spice girls - *sighs* brings back memories of when i used to go cruisin (before i had my licence) Dodgy songs like spice girls - wannabe and Aqua remixes being played full blast and dancing as well as we possibly could in a cramped space while slightly intoxicated. Great times.

i like all kinds and it definately depends on my mood and the driving conditions.

i do like country [particularly female artistes], elton john, cat stevens, jack johnson, finley quaye and david gray for long journeys, but my favourite long journey song would be hero by nickleback

if i'm cruising or racing then either hip hop, drum n bass or trance
