Was a complaint made to ebay themselves?
It appears this bloke needs shutting down...
Were the phone numbers within the sellers contact details or something? If he is falsely putting numbers etc as contact then you need to contact the police immediately... I actually think they will deal with this fairly quick


But seriously there should have been a complaint made to ebay around the same time as this was put onto this forum.

I only make this comment (re:police) because something was said about phone numbers being supplied etc. If someone is advertising something they dont own and dont have and supplying false and misleading contact details then this could fringe on being fraudulent behaviour.... Thus the suggestion in talking to the Police... Im not 100% sure if they can or will do anything, but seriously couldnt hurt to ask eh!!

Can you take the ad down? Whose account is the listing with? I am quite confused. I understand the this guy owns both sites and he took the photo from an ad on the other site. But who put the ad on that site? Someone who knows you and knows a bit about the car and both your numbers...hmmm

Hey guys I just wanted to see if there was anyway I or the person who took the photo could get some free money. That would have been cool ;) Don't really care that much, but I don't want my car associated with dodgy fuel saver tablets.

The other thing is, the guy has posted my car for sale on another site, with mine and Gilly's phone numbers on there. What's with that?

Choice photo but.

I think I just explained I wanted to make a deal for some free money but don't really give a ИИИИ. It's 2/5 of nothing worth of a deal.

from what he is telling her you have all rights to both the photo ( the detective was in the fraud unit before ) and the phone numbers hat he has put up puts him in the ИИИИ so ill keep ya posted
