All muslems think alike its the most discusting religion i have known, not many more religions are any better, but hay this war was based on religion! just like most of the others....

Thats not true at all. I know a number of muslims and they are all kind, generous and caring people who dispise what is happening as much as we do.
Claiming all muslims are the same is as blind as claimin all christians or jews are the same...clearly not true.

yeah i got a little carried away, But what i was meaning to say its that the majority are fanitacal.

i too know a couple of very nice muslims, who i would give the shirt off my back, but most are certainly a worrie. And it is what is written in there religion

Thats the thing, its not most. Its a very tiny proportion of fanatics that are causing this. In Iraq there is a higher proportion but still its a tiny amount. Most people just want to get on with their lives in a peaceful and safe environment. Unfortunally after more than a generation of being fed propaganda and knowing fear as a day to day thing many do not trust anyone, especially armed US troops that, in typical brashness, lack a great deal of compassion for these people anyhow.

Just imagine in twenty or thirthy years when this war is over.
The world is a completely different place.
Australian is viewed by the rest of the world as a highly intelligent peaceful country. It is then that America will come to us and ask "what can they do to become held in high regard by the rest of the world".
It is then and only then that our Australian President will tell them the error of their ways.
You see our Australian President she is one smart intelligent person.

I corrected my self as above racecraft. That is my opnion, and kidnapping a person then cutting there head off with a blunt backyard knife is not exactly an ideal experience, weather its 2 million or just 1 this sort of bs relates to the way Hitler treated the jews...

i Honestly do hope the people involved get caught as this is just not the kind of thing that should happen in this day and age. and the rest of the population no matter what religion can go on with there lives

I agree 100% MAd, there are some real shitty people around and I don't think anyone here would disagree with you that such actions are acceptable..

Actually we did need to be there. I served in both Gulf Wars and my biggest regret from the first one was that we never got the bast*d that time.

It felt good to go back for the second one and do it right.

The media only shows the negative side and the fanatics as that makes good news. Those of us that have been there see how happy the people were to get rid of him. Services for the people are up and running again, schools, hospitals etc. Most of the services are better than they ever were.

That guy who is now a hostage went there knowing the risk. He saw a quick way to make money and took it. He has lived in the States for 13 years and is married to an American. He doesn't work, live or pay taxes here and now he expects us to bail him out.

No one deserves to be killed and I'm not saying he should be, but he knew the risks.

Of course female leaders aren't responsible for many wars, it's probably the same reason there aren't many blind people involved in car accidents....they don't drive.
