Would this have to be an ex taxi too?? I didn't think XTs came in yellow? or he has had it fully resrayed?

Since your only young, I will give you a history lesson.

15-20 odd years ago, every tough Holden had 3 key ingredients.

1. Chev motor.
2. Ford toploader gearbox.
3. Ford 9 inch diff. (still currentlt applicable).

Oh, almost forgot. It had to have a Holden body. Any other Ford parts you felt like using was quite ok. It was two thirds Ford after all. Oh, you were also required by law to fit a Chev Bowtie on the front grill.

Hope that clears it up. Not really a fail, but more of survivor classic.
