I couldn’t even find a rough but usable HQ Belmont wagon in the price bracket. Amazing.

I reckon a motorbike + one of those things would be mint if you lived in an apartment in inner suburbia in an apartment, you'd fit both in your one car park

Most strata by-laws now describe a parking bay or garage allocation as pertaining to one currently registered vehicle only per nominated area. Street parking, nessun problema, but on strata property - you’ll risk hurdles with cockiness like that. Have personally seen people park two cars sideways if their bay was at the thoroughfare or turning end, unfussed about taking 900mm of other peoples’ driving space.

I can fit my truck 7 levels underground in an apartment building in Sydney no worries, one of those things with the bike on the back easy.

Bidding ends in 7 hours. Might stay under 20.

The 'not recession' is starting to bite I think, lot of toys and a ridiculous amount of apartments have hit the market all of a sudden, people trying to raise capital early it seems.

I'm seeing $50,000+ price drops on apartments in the last few weeks and some COVID prices on cars coming down.

I noted that there are a few "Collector Cars" listings dipping in price on ebay.
That Kingswood still might be doable.
