Nar completely standard car afaik, dumped the clutch at redline which resulted in the pressure plate letting go.

Unhappy

Ok first laughs on me ... ex-missus thought it would be amusing to paint my toenails while i was asleep ..

Next up is a selection of vehicles this month that had Clunking/ Vibrations/Punctures hmm OMFG that lancer .. missing castor rubbers, bald tyres, metal on metal brakes (can we just stop the noise please)floorpans ripped open, three piece steering wheels

This one is an RB30 in a skyline/commo cant remember which ?... But i replaced his waterpump and pointed out his timing belt was cactus .. NOPE .. it broke a week later and he accused us of tampering with it

For around $120 he instead has now lost that engine and god knows how this will turn out...

Moral of this post , nothing in the above pics were actually fixed.. These deathtraps are still out there on the Gold Coast !!
Because when presented with the cause/problem they had no money to fix them ^^^ We should have a name and shame thread.. the amount of police that frequent these forums it wouldn't be hard to send vehicle owners an inspection notice via the mail .... Failure to comply will result in rego being cancelled..oh but hang about most of these weren't registered anyway !!

And i asked a question a few pages back about Brembo covers on egay ?
Check these out on an 318i

To the untrained eye they look factory ... Seriously considering some for my car now

That lancer is atrocious! How can people drive cars like that? My worst car was a $500 180b, full of rust etc... First day it got buckets, harnesses, brakes and tyres. Safety first!

Cop car, rolled as it went around a corner. From stationary to on it's side in 18 seconds....lol

BMW owner got a flat, put the hazards on and just left it where it was in the middle of a busy road, right on the corner...didn't even bother to keep going around or onto the side of the road....

Think you succesfully shamed this clown. Now if only Queensland Police would stop driving desks and stop taking photos maybe something might happen.

Roadworthys isnt really the Policeman's domain, best to be sent to Queensland Transport instead. The mermaids would love these..

Police can issue defect notices, speed cameras can't.

Default Post pics of horrible Holdens or other non Ford 'styling' shockers...

Everyone's taste is different, but there are a few things I can't stand - one is nice wheels matched to a tractor like ride height, the other is a nice bodykit with tiny little standard wheels...

I'll get the ball rolling with these two Holdens... Has this guy jacked up his VE or what? And if only this VT had the 18's to go with that Clubby kit... Sinful.

Let's keep 'em non Ford in order to avoid anyone on here getting offended...

But this bottom one looks kind of like a failed race car bodykit.

I'm sorry, but FPV's new panda eyes? Yuck. and the new 'cobra' stickers? Yuck yuck.

And as much as its sensible logic to lower your car first and then buy the brakes you want, and then buying rims to fill the guards and suit so you don't have clearance issues... Some people might want to do the rims as their first mod, and then dropped springs after. Just because you took the photo between step one and step two, doesn't mean you should ridicule them. They bought some nice wheels, better than 80% of the other yobs that buy those horrible chinese chrome p.o.s things, or tempes or things equally shit.

I wouldn't ridicule someone who was in between steps coz I've been there myself many a time. Trust me, they ain't between steps.

I had these pics in the Truck Thread but I thought that I may as well put them in here as well.

I was reversing a semi-trailer into a factory when this bloke didn’t want to wait and thought that he would go around me on the nature strip. Hidden in the grass was a tree stump that smashed his sump and blew out his airbag. He probably wishes that he waited the 20 seconds for me to back in now.

Fail.

Here's the video.
