Hey guys just came across this, we certainly are still in business and have cobra material coming, just taking a little longer than hoped but it is going to happen.
Just like the XD/XE ESP and XC HOUNDSTOOTH materials we have reproduced, our Cobra trim will be hard to pick from original. Quote:

hi all
in the late 80's i owned a 351 auto cobra bought it from a butcher in Burwood ,..he was the original owner ,he bought it new at dominelli ford hurstville & had just redone the trim as it was his daily drive ,....i cant remember the actual number,..its possibly 152 or 182 ??,..it did have a dealer fitted Golde sunroof ,...i sold it a guy from the hornsby/Berowra area ,..i will never forget the look on his face when he turned up to buy it ,.......he was captivated by the coupe ,.....Im wondering if he still owns it ??,..does anyone on here know if that car is a survivor ?...not too many around with sunroofs cheers Nick |

Hi Gents
An update for you to add to the list. #269 must be dead and gone. A friend of a friend just purchased a really nice cobra replica, 351 + 5 speed, with #269 on it. Regards John |

Rear window from Cobra #222 for sale on ebay...
You are bidding on a rear window in excellent condition. It has factory tint in a shade of light blue complete with demister. Has a small area of scratches as shown in pics. This Window was pulled out of a Genuine Ford XC 1978 Falcon cobra (#222) in 1989. At the time, it was coated with an after-market film of black tint which was carefully removed. There are no cracks chips or blemishes of friction marks. Clean throughout. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ford-XA-X...item27bd3cd01a |

Hi All,
I own 369, I purchased it in late 2008 in Brisbane. I would love to know any history on this Cobra ie where it was originally sold in 1978 (Ford dealer, State) etc. What I do Know- It has been under restoration (storage) since the early 90's It has not been registered since the early 90's (Qld) Currently being restored back to it's former glory. |

jtcooke - very nice & very lucky to have this one. Do you know the no. of a Cobra (complete, straight but rusty - but repairable) that was for sale in a Townsville car yard in the late 90's for $2000? I was seriously interested unfortunitly someone else grabbed it before me.
