Just to allay some ppls fears there will NOT be a fourth world war.

Trust me there are greater forces out there at work than there are on earth.

There will be some minor squirmishes but nothing of any great import.

Alexander Downer has given the NK ambassador a severe dressing down over the nucluar testing. I doubt the NK government would do anything to risk another one of those.

I heard on the radio at 11.30 that Japan reckons that N.K have fired another one.South Korea says they haven,t detected anything.I wonder if N.K just want to provoke a war of some kind because they have 1 million troops not doing anything and Kimmy has to feed them.

Basically means we can run like hell in the other direction. The yanks consider these system to important to loose, their not going to let some crazy crack head midget blow us up.

NO I'm not God...however there are those that would ensure the comparitive safety of the world.

It needs to exist to further peace by whatever means..hence the minor squirmishes..e.g. N.K will not suceed in any attempt to attack any other nation.

Why because the rest of the world including China are ready to dispose of anything that threatens their economic benefit and china is NK closest allie.

Some of the other minor probs are the terroists but they are like Ireland used to be ...live training for our troops...we will win.

just as an aside we have yet to conquer the final frontier and this must be done in order to attain world peace.

You are correct there they will not succeed in any attacks.N.korea are not economically or financially as well off as, say germany was in ww2, and if they are not careful and do start something that regime will not only fall but be handled by a few other countries in the long run.

There is no way China will have anything to do with attacking N Korea. They are close allies and trading partners - just like the USA and Australia. Of course they expressed their disappointment towards the testing - If they agreed with it they might also face possible sanctions.
As far as N Korea not having any long range nuclear capable missiles able to go intercontinental - you forget that a commercial plane can carry cargo. It wouldnt even arouse suspicion and could be set to detinate over anywhere.
I believe ol' Kimmymeister is just trying to be all big and tough - he knows he would get smashed by any of the major 6 players, and also knows he is unable to feed his own people, yet alone fund a huge land and air offensive.
Give him a pat on the head and a scorcer of warm milk to drink.

China will not attack or be part of an attack on N.k. China is frightened that if n.k goes to war it will suddenly have 1 million refugees to house and feed.

We are at this very time fighting WW3..its called terrorism.

When we win this,which we will WW4 will not happen because we will have learnt and taught peace and harmony among the human race on this world is the only way we can survive.

you know there is a reason nukes are concidered a paradox as far as wepons go,

EX: country A fires a nuke at country B, country B fires in retaliation at country A, the nukes pass each other on the way and BAMM everybody is dead,

They are a system designed to stop warfare not start it, anyone running a country no matter how much they resemble minni ME will be able to work this out
