I went to my local smash repairs and bought 3mtrs of pinstripe insert
and used the mrs hair dryer lol and a very sharp knife.

It looks really well done.

How wide was the strip that you used and where is the join?

I bought some 3mm wide chrome off EBay to do the wifes car, but haven't gotten up the goolies to try it yet.

I also plan to do the ribs on either side of the Ford badge on the grill.
