Default Jayco Caravans POOR!!!!

Just a quick note to let people know that i recieved some absolutely shocking service from Jayco Caravans today. The Service Manager ignored the fact that their clients who had purchased a new caravan from them were stuck without ANY power again and proceeded to insult me. The service manager would not accept that these people were not a customer of mine (they have never purchased anything from us), but were a customer of Jayco's thus he rudely said "this conversation is over" and hung up the phone; leaving their customer without ANY power in their caravan. This is not the first time Jayco has been contacted about this problem.

I strongly recommend not buying a Jayco product.

Thanks for your time.

Craig.

I have several clients who are Jayco dealers, and have seen most of them go out of their way to help if there is an issue, in fact I have seen them deliver a new caravan to a customer on holidays when theirs was wiped out in a car accident.

People are only treated the way they are treated.

exactly what i was thinking

my family has had heaps of jayco product over the years and when we had a problem it was sorted by the dealer not jayco although jayco approved the fix and paid the dealer ( oh and my parents have a 2 month old jayco van atm )

Fair enough. This was the Victorian Service Centre, not a private dealer.
