Default Handbrake Adjustment

I am in a desperate need to adjust my handbrakes. Handbrake shoes are dragging and not disengaging.....Is there a tech doc for a AUIII which can guide me through ?

My AU2 handbrake was behaving like a dog, and wouldn't hold. Got it serviced which lasted for a while, then flunked out again. So replaced rotors and shoe kits and it has worked perfectly since (11,000K).
