This pic in particular looks really nasty!!! It almost looks like his seatbelt failed (or has a sh*tload of slack)!

have a look at the picture before that one, you can see the hand and long blonde hair. Looks like she was trying to hold onto the roof. probably crushed her hand

funny how the driver has a big smile on his face looking straight at the camera when the car is going to roll and the passanger has their hand out the door looking to give a wave.

With the amount of other cars on the track, It must have been a parade lap, it couldn't have been trackwork. Well, no one likes a smart ****...Hope she's OK though. Imagine the bollocking he would have got from her while they were lying next to each other in the casualty dept of the local hospital.

Wow. That looks really bad. I can't believe that 6th pic either. She seems to be half way out the car. Neither of them appear to be very energetic in the last couple of pics. Hope they are OK.

What an idiot, who goes to the time and expense and doesn't do something as simple as have their belt tight and have a harness for the passenger.

The car was still moving at the last pic. The chic in the passenger seat looks very energetic by the looks of her pony tail in the air. Looks like she is heading for a face plant on the dash.

Hope they are both ok but if you add stupidity on track and stupidity in safety. Its gunna end in snapping of bones.

At powercruise they had a heap of cars (approx 60+) on the track at once & that wasn't parade laps. Nothing like that happened tho.

Well, he was smiling in the 2nd pic. Probably trying to be a smart **** on the corner with a bit of drift action and oh bugga screwed up. Wearing no helmet wasn't smart. Makes me think they weren't meant to be going fast or be sideways. Probably got what was deserved for not following rules on a track.

Damn shame to roll a car but hey thats the risk you take at a track.

Looks like the passenger didn't have the harness on at all, bloody idiots. And what sort of OHS did the organisers have.

I was going to say the organisers could find themselves in some serious trouble if they have been seriously injured. I think the passenger was wearing a seatbelt.

Still, its no different than the recent hardtop revenge that allowed us on track with no helmets or harnesses. If someone lost it in similar fashion then it would be a similar incident.

According to the originating forum it was a cruise lap and he was just trying to show off and get the back end out in a car definitely not designed to drift!

If your car tips over when spinning you have suspension issues or need new tyres...

You'll probably find he has Mickey Thompson cross ply front tyres. Which aint made for cornering. Under hard cornering or sudden cornering they can roll off the rim which it looks like it did (well broke the bead).

I've seen few few cars do this with front runners on. It aint start to do any expessive speed around a corner with a front runner. They squeal/screech/skid and understeer. If they catch a bump for just happen to grab your gone.
