What you looking for has part number BL 1A065 A for BA LTD (BL) built from 1/6/2003 to 28/2/2005. The BF ones have part number BL2 1A065 B for build 1/3/2005-30/9/2005. If correct they should have 16" wheels. Ill look around for you..

What state you located?

I have 2 sets of them.
The one pictured is a spare one without a badge. Do you have an LTD badge?

No, unfortunately I dont have a spare LTD badge. I can always keep my eyes peeled until I come across a genuine LTD one - atleast my car wouldnt look like a half-job Harry with a wheel centre missing If I replaced it with one off a Sportsman.

Could you do me a favour and take a picture of both sides of the centre cap when you get a chance?

If you're keen on selling any of them, please PM me.

I'm happy to sell that one as it's not part of a set. The LTD ones I have are on my car. The other 2 sets are Ghia ones.

BUMP....

Little update on this one since my original post..

I am now manufacturing knock-offs of these wheel centres ... These are made from a modified PETG polymer. PET is the same plastic 2 litre soft drink bottles are made from - so they can flex A BIT if you over tighten the bolt.

I can also supply the emblems on their own - if you have a Sportsman Wheel centre on your LTD that is missing the emblem, the emblems I can supply will complete your wheel centre as the AU Sportsman and the BA LTD have the same wheel centres.

These Emblems are a high quality epoxy Mylar sticker - all Australian Made.

They aren't 100% exact reproductions (i.e. theyre missing the product code on the back, and a few other features on the back), and you will have to drill the bolt hole, but with a little work you could get them to a point that only a keen observer would actually notice the difference.

These wheel centers are a reproduction of the 1 BL 1A065 A.

Again, cant stress this enough - don't buy one of these off me if you are going to sit at home and pick differences - there are differences - they are a "knock-off".. but the basic shape, profile and dimensions are accurate.

You will need to refinish, or wrap them in satin silver vinyl etc, and drill the hole for the bolt. You can sand them etc but I would recommend wrapping them in vinyl to get a perfect result. Emblem should be araldited on, don't rely on the adhesive...

Likewise, if you have an AU Sportsman, these wheel centres minus the emblem will do the trick for you. Depending on demand, I may look at commissioning a run of Ghia emblems to suit those centres..

PM me for details if you need some to complete your wheels.

Nice to see folks making some repro bits for these cars.

Ever tried to find a BA LTD bonnet emblem? Even finding fairlane ones has been tough LOL.

Ive got a rubbish ghia one coming in the post, the seller said the 'chrome' was coming off but I bought it anyway... will let you know. Im not sure if they are real chrome on those or Vacuum metalizing, im assuming the latter.

For an LTD one though, Id probably have to try engrave LTD into the Ghia ones first before sending , because how many BA LTDs were made let alone finding a wrecked one and the emblem ... SFA.

I have an LTD... Im not taking it off the bonnet though lol... if you send me the Fairlane one, I can take a few images of the LTD one and replicate it. You would probably have to fill in the lettering with black resin or paint etc to make it look as close as.

I figured you did on account of your sig, and dont blame you for not wanting to take it off and mess with it , its why I didnt even bring it up, I wouldnt want to remove it either and wouldnt ask anyone else to.

Imitating it sounds good, i'll PM you when I get the ghia emblem.

No worries... they have a slight curvature which will make them interesting to program in CAD..

I'd be interested in this as well, only with a "G"... Should never have sold my last one, it was immaculate
Have also been thinking of making my own out of aluminium flat bar, lots of filing/sanding and plating...would need measurements though

Did anyone give you guys the BA LTD bonnet badge to clone?

If not, I can take mine off and send It to you guys. I just want other people to be able to get them in the future and this seems to be the only way.

I did send L_T_D that BA ghia badge pictured above... he is in the process of having a go at reproducing them with both the G and the LTD script/emblem.

If having an actual LTD emblem in his hands would help im sure he will respond.
