Brain tumor I believe. I think that there will be mixed reaction to his parting. Some will mourn, some will jump for joy. He made quite a few ememies along the way.

yeah he had a rude mouth on him. Can see the mixed reactions it may have brought. Still not a kind way to go out.

For such a person living in the spotlight, his passing didnt really make 'front page news'
did it?

Another person to pass on due to cancer :(

I remember when news of his sickness became evident some people said -
'did you hear? some poor cancer has Stan Zemanek'

I liked Stan sometimes I agreed with him & other times I didn't but he stuck by his principals & was a good laugh too, sad to hear when someone is taken before there time by that retched disease.

I admired the bloke and always will when someone is not afraid to say what they think and sometimes go against the masses. Met him at a home show a few years back, he was doing his thing in a little booth. Misses, a fan of his, and I decided to stand and watch. Still remember he made a comment to us, asked how long etc we had been married, as we were hugging. Always remember this, top bloke. RIP Stan. Condolences to family and friends.

Ok, he was pretty blunt but stood up for what he believed in, I didn't mind him - good value on Beauty and the Beast.

RIP Stan.

He spoke his mind while stepping on alot of toes and often said what needed to be said as others wouldnt speak up.

On another note he did often offend people and sometimes spoke on topics in which he should of stayed out of.

I thought he was an interesting character and sometimes gave a different perspective on certain issues.

Nevertheless RIP.

Whilst I might not have liked what he said most of the time and thought him pretty rude ,he was pretty blunt but he had the guts to always speak his mind which i admired

He was a bit both ways, In one way he would tear your limbs off, Another way he would help you through a tough time he was a bit weird but in death you just got to respect them as they aren't here to defend themselves anymore..
RIP Steve and best wishes to your family.. The Big C strikes again:(.

I never saw much of him or whatever, so don't really have much of an opinion on him, but I'll say RIP Stan anyway. He seemed alright from the small bits I did see of him.

The news first appeared in the morning yesterday. I check online every morning to see what's been happening.

It's a good practice to get into as it lets me know whether I should leave my front door or not.

On the air he was a good honest entertainer with both people who liked him and those who didn't.

He was a real great person outside of the spot light who didn't think twice about helping someone out.

RIP Stan
Deepest condolences to his family and friends.

He was a hard man in his opinions but he was always honest to himself and others about his thoughts and opinions. That is what has to be respected even if you did not like the man himself.

I remember going to a show of 'Beauty and the Beast' on the Gold Coast some years back and it was just awesome seeing him and the girls live. The fun that was had with the audience in between segments was unforgettable.

:(
