Default Double DIN HU in Au

I was going to ask this in the AU Audio thread but can't seem to find it.

Who has installed an aftermarket Double DIN unit in their AU?

If so, how did you mount it up?

I have mate,

Exact same way as per a single din. Only it was a little bit small so it wobbled slightly,
Put 2 screws in either side of the H/U. Then the cover bit that came with the head unit goes around the outside and hides the screws.

I had a really good single din, but prefer the double din.

Its a Kenwood

Thanks Bobuleh. Looks like it fits quite well.

I'll give that a go, I wasn't sure if there were any holes in the HU mounting cage, or if I could get any tools in there.

Car looks nice BTW.

note they do stick out about 10mm at the bottom due to the curve in the AU dash but the rest sits flush.. kinda

Is that model compatible with running the steering wheel control? Using the required looms of course.
