Hey Guys
I was wondering do any of you guys who have a Wq Fiesta have any problems with the gearbox? reason i ask is that when i change from first to second it is really hard to get in now being this is my first manual car i may be a chicken and worried about blowing gearbox but it is really annoying now it only happens in the morning mainly when the gearbox is cold cause when i drive it heaps and it is warm the gearbox is beautiful not one problem but when it is cold changing from first to second is a mission any gear after that not a problem its just first to second let me no your thoughts on this if there is a problem straight to ford and there fixing it the car only has 23,000 km on the clock cheers James |

Could be the inherent clutch problem?

May need the gearbox oil replacing with some quality Synthetic ... or 2nd synchro could be crook.
I presume it's under warranty, take it back to Ford and see if they can offer any assistance with it. |

yeh i was thinking the clutch as a possible problem but yeah its still under warranty so i might take it to ford and get them to check it out

Mine is popping out of second gear alot when going down hills is that normal?
