Default ZF tune needed aswell as dyno tune?

Hey guys
Think its that time for me to get a full exhaust and tune for my 2010 fg xr6 6spd. Was just wondering when i get at dyno tune does that also tune my zf gearbox or is that a seperate tune? If i already have have a xcal3 unit and a herrod cai intake how much would it cost me to get a full exhaust and 98 tune from you guys? Im not fussed about having a loud exhaust would rather just get the max power out of my i6 =) thanks for your time after receiving a rough price il probably book my car in for January.
ps as i am a p plater i would also need a heat shield fitted over the extractors.
