Default Which oil for AU XR8?

What oil do you guys use in your AU XR8 i have been using Penrite HPR10 (10W50) but im thinking that now it has 100,000k's should i be switching to a heavier grade?

Why would you want to switch to a heaver grade. Just because it has 100thou on the clock it does not mean it needs a thicker oil. I had 150thou on the clock. on my AUII Xr8 and I used Castrol SLX 0/w30. It never used oil. Try going thinner before going thicker.
