Default E-Tag Placement

Dumb question re: where to place the e-tag. There is a "mesh" area on the windscreen. Should the etag be placed in this area or below it.

Thanks

I was driving a Hire Car to Queensland Raceway and had my N.S.W. E-Tag in my pocket and to my surprise it worked fine. If it's going in the Mondeo there should be plenty of room just below where the Rear View Mirrow is attached to the windscreen. You shouldn't be able to see it from there too.

My holder is literally just below the last line of dots. Did the same thing in my Falcon, works fine. And if you're like me and needed to replace a work one form your own, I wrote 'work' on theirs and could easily make it out in the reflection, so I would take it off and use mine. Easy.

I've spray painted mine matt black along with the bracket, then you dont notice it from outside either. They have just brought out newer smaller ones from Citylink that are easier to remove from the bracket too...
