Default MKII Escort spring rates

G`day guys
I`m in the process of rebuilding my old esky and have decided to go with coils up front and 4 link with coils at the rear.
Do any of you have recomendations for spring rates? it will see as much time on the dirt as it will on the road if thats any help to you.
