Default Identify this car

Hi All
I need some help identifying this car.
Colour - blue or green??
Make - ef or el?
Is that front wheel a steel rim or an alloy?

It has no number plate and it is being naughty. I know the pic isn't great but any ideas are appreciated.

cheers
Steweyau

Pretty sure thats a dark blue EL, unsure on the front wheel. Looks sorta like a snow flake with a black centre on it.

Perhaps the front wheel is a snowflake with its hubcap missing. Was that taken from a low TV line surveillance camera?

The rear hubcap is an efii one, but that doesn't mean a lot.
