That sounds like a great idea, those who have organised it must of realised that most who want to race don't want to have their time wasted by the burnout comp either, and it also leaves plenty of time for those who cant get off work a bit later too. No ET will mean you'll see some fast bangers out there getting some practise in as well

Maybe you'll also see Wade and the boys ripping down the strip on a float in gra practise too :evilking:

I've heard that project has been on hold due to some indifferences.

Apparantly Chris wants it to be Boss powered while Craig wants its to be 3V powered,

but rumour has it Craig might be turning towards Boss power.

If we leave here at 8.00am Jase we will rock up when the gates open. It's about a 9 hour trip. I would recommend all drag racing junkies from Vic to do yourself a favour and race on this track some time in your life.

Clean and scuff the surface also putting a chemical down which makes it real sticky. Normally it would only be done on big meets, test & tunes and private days would get a prep but wednesday street meets were sometimes like a ice skating ring no trak prep at all.
Considering the condition the track is in on most wednesday street meets and now fridays no ET limit is back it wouldnt be very safe not to prep the track for the real quick racers.

Thank god WSID have decided that the serious racers need something more than the 1day per month racing/test and tune. The spectators will also love to see how many Very quick cars there are around Sydney. Great for everyone!

Bring it on. :
