Hiya,
I'm curious why i've had a pop up 2 or 3 times when loading the Forums, in a big red banner, stating forum policy and stuff about baiting etc. At first I assumed it was because I was a new member and it was just a general announcement, but I've just logged on today, after not being here for at least a week and another has popped up. Can anyone shed some light? Its pretty annoying, but if its because someone has a dislike against me and is dobbing me in to teacher i'll consider whether I come here to offer advice again.
