Default How do you remove the XR front?

I think my intercooler is too small, I cant seem seem to run over 12psi.

How hard is it too take off the front end so I can access the cooler? How do you do it?

Thanks guys!
Dan

Hey Dan.
It's really not that hard if you take it slowly. You can find instructions for it at the AWC website in the tutorial section. You only need to do the first five steps as the rest of the steps are about fitting the XR50 front.AWC TUTORIAL

Caspers in remission. He was admitted after being a serial dyno queen. He visited the dyno at least 10 times a week. The fix was simple. Just tell him that it's all the power his ever gonna get out of a NA I6. :

I came to the conclusion long ago that theres no point getting more kw and a sexy body kit at the same time. If you go to fast, no-one gets to see how big a nancy you really have become. All show and no go. Thats my motto.

I am thinking of personalised plates. But some chick named nancy already has those plates. Sheesh I dunno.

LOL, I'll keep going down the power/performance track. Then, one day, when you are bored with putting around in the "Nancy Mobile" I'll take it off your hands cheap and start swapping over the parts. Now that would be a wicked machine! : :

Just drive it into the back of another car at about 40kms and the bar should fall off. Instant access to cooler.

3 months! I would die! :

Lets just say Ive got my enthusiasm back and my back pocket is the victim!
Another $700 went down today in my quest for over 300rwkw! Once this boost controller is in it should be smooth sailing over the 300rwkw mark!

The stereo/carputer setup will be in full flight by the weekend. Those ugly driving lights have been removed too!

Nope A decent boost controller will fix it, I doubt the cooler will need changing now. We will wait and see!

If there was one thing I didn't like on your car, the lights would be it. IMHO it never looked quite right.
