93 capri electrical problems diagram needed

I have a 93 Capri 5 speed 1.6lt dohc and I just replaced the cig lighter and its not working. All the fuses are good. Its connected right and the old one wasn't working either. My power mirrors aint working either and the Airbag light is flashing when I'm driving. I don't think my a/c button works either. Could all this be related somehow? If anyone has a wiring diagram I would really appreciate it.
