can anyone tell me how the engine cover for a AU 5L attaches? i bought a cover but it doesn't have any nuts bolt or brackets. also where can i get them other than Ford.

Bayford spares in Broadmeadows is selling a brand new cover on e-bay and states that they sell the brackets for $100, so I assume that they must have the brackets.
Here is the e-bay link http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MEWA%3AIT&rd=1 The only thing if you don't want to buy from Ford is to take some off a friends car to an engineering place. They may be able to make up cheap replacements close to the shape of the original brackets |
