i removed the unichip today ,it wasn't as difficult as i would've thought.i just had to cut and join 3 wires back together and cut 3 where they had been spliced into (see how long my dodgy soldering last)and cut 3 where they joined onto.the reason i pulled it out is that i'm getting a j3 from chiptorque fitted next week and they wanted $100 to pull it out .i'm a bit of a tight ****.
i must say the car feels very sluggish to drive without the unichip.it still revs out alright but yeah,it dosen't feel as good . i'm excited about getting the j3 fitted it will be good to set the cam back to where it should be .i'm going to get the rpm limit raised to 6000rpm as well (i hope it holds together). the unichip is foresale if anyones interested. catch yas ,jake
