Boys,
My cousin drives a nissan skyline (lame i know) the other day he was fined for having a k&n airfilter (unboxed) and a blow off valve. Is this right? He wasn't defected but just fined, what's the go with the law regarding these items? We are in Sydney so any advice would help. Thanks |
