Default My new exhust

Finished building my New exhaust for my Mid sized Quad bike to replace the chit factory unit.

It's a 250cc Pushrod OHV.

The system is made out of 316 stainless steel, 31.6mm tube back into into a 3-inch Hollow Muffler then reduced down to 35mm Straight out the back, It's all fully Tig welded and internally Argon gas purged during welding to give a nice clean finish on the inside of all joins.

Apart from being alot louder than i was expecting, and for a 250cc engine in my books it pumps out a fairly Kick A R S E sound,

hear is a sound shot only revved it to half throttle , It a bit average as i took it off my phone.

Link

Cheers
