Hows this for precious...
This bloke parks his car everyday across two spaces at Maxi supermarket in Upper Ferntree Gully...without fail...around 5pm when he does his shopping. The funny thing is... or it will be in a few days  : is the parking ticket he will be issued...  :(If only tickets could be issued for stupid number plates as well....he'd get another.)
