Default Your opinion on resetting the ECU

I am wondering how many people have reset their ECU and what your opinion is of the result (fuel economy, power, throttle response etc). Bum-o-meter feel is OK as I am not expecting exact rwkw, l/100k's etc. I have heard/read that doing this after mods is a good idea and I haven't done so since doing the mods listed below. Thanks
