Lightbulb D.I.Y Handbrake and Facia Help please!

ok so i have an RDO tommorow and am going to put my leather handbrake/chrome button in as well as a custom Facia i ordered, how ever i can seem to find the "how to" guide on changing the facia and hardly if any information on changing the handbrake.

1st to change the handbrake all i know is that you have to take the drivers side chair out, and use a 10mm socket on 4 bolts maybe more, other then that im not to sure

2nd how do u go about chaning the faica ? i know its risky due to the needles having a tendance to snap but ill take care,

if someone can help would be appricated

cheers
