Okay, now i was never asked this when selling these things and as i've chosen to forget a LOT of what i learnt while selling these things I've forgotten if i actually knew this answer or not . . . in short, is Ford's 'Passive anti-theft system' an actual immobilizer or is it another piece of marketing fluff?
http://www.fordforums.com.au/photos/...at=2317&page=3 My initial thoughts are yes it is due to state regs over here requiring all cars to have one fitted before they can be sold, but as i'm getting a new quote on insurance i dont want to be fudging the application
