The fact that it is a July model would be my only concern. Don't think it has sat all nice and tidy in the shade. That car has been outside in the weather for 6 months now without a single wash, that's what I'd be worried about. They never get washed properly. Unless it's been a showroom car since July then none of that will apply but it I'm sure a floor car would have been shifted by now. 15km is completely normal by the way. I'd look elsewhere in the new year.
