G'day everybody,
Right. I have finally begun my FGII Falcon wagon design project. Unfortunately it took me longer to start than I'd hoped. A few things popped up that I need to do first this week. So I have begun today, just drawn the first line. Anyway, right now, I am using a 'guide' photo of a FG XT sedan, just for me to look at so I can get the angle and basic shape right. But once I've got that, I'll need to look at some FGII pics to get the front details correct. The wagon part is totally up to me. So any FGII photos you find/see will be really helpful if you can post them up for me. Thanks all, Chris |

Thanks. Would make my project easier if there were more, but I think I can do it with just these. If anyone else sees any, post 'em up.

Yep, did that just before starting the thread. All the obvious places to look have been covered. Just if anybody ever find any pics anywhere else, I'd like to see 'em.

Anyone notice the positioning of the Numberplate? This is going to restrict flow to the cooler IMO. The FGI plate has a much higher position.

Slimline plates will pretty much eliminate the problem.

It might be deceiving due to the front of the FG MKII having more grill than the FG. Would be good to see an FG next to an FG MKII though. I use slimline plates on my car and they definately don't get in the way.

Okayyy, that might be enough numberplate discussion.
Hopefully by the time I need the pics there will be some better ones around. Keep posting anything you see, thanks. |
