Default Sydney Dragway Off street Drag Racing.

Has anyone been to this before? It's on basically every Wednesday night according to there site.

I been keen on taking my car down to one some time. It's only a N/A Falcon but would still be pretty cool to have a crack.

Anyone go to them?

I know quite a few people who go to it, usually as a test and tune for their dedicated drag cars before events. Some of them will have a go in their street cars as well.

99% of the cars that attend Wednesday nights are street cars.

Oh really? That would be brilliant. We need something like that out here. The Dubbo one had a burnout pad in it now too.

All sorts get out there, doesn't matter what you drive, it's all about enjoying yourself, just got back myself from a night out tonight. $55 for 6 to 8 runs and plenty of yarns is great value.

Next person who says this gets a whack from the mighty mod stick Sheez you guys have a ton more fun than the forced induction 10 second obsessed troops. Get out and enjoy, nothing better than watching mates going head to head and just having a laugh. And even getting that bug to squeeze the odd tenths out of a N/A. And of course your N/A's will eat stocko 'performance cars' from not so many years ago

On another note some great pics in above link inc a FG R-Spec

You will also need an approved helmet, Long Sleeve shirt, long pants, socks and enclosed shoes, drivers license, secure battery, over flow bottle and no lose stuff in the car.
