Default Territory Diesel Ignition Signal

Im connecting a DC/DC Charger to my tow vehicle. I need to connect to an ignition signal but dont have a wiring diagram. Anyone have any ideas? Bob

Do you need a signal, or actual power supply?
If the latter, then you need to consider the power draw. If it's going to be substantial, then you might want to consider powering it with a relay, triggered by an appropriate signal.

For a signal (or in the case of a very low power draw) I usually find it easier to locate the nearest connector/plug, and just start testing with a multimeter or tester.
