Pretty sure it would. But if you wanna go cold air, you might as well just make your own, rather than using one of their short ram intakes. Just buy a pod filter, a couple of 90 degree aluminium elbows and a straight section of aluminium piping, with some silicon joiners and you've got yourself a better intake. Run it to where the resonator is from the factory and if you have a base model focus, cut a hole in the fog lamp cover to get a whole load of cold air

As edge Crusher said, Buy your own bits.
Buy this unit off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com.au/UNIVERSAL-AIR...2em118Q2el1247 and a 90" silicone bend from justjap.com and then go to PEPS or autobarn and buy an intake hoseand VWALA.. youve got yourself a decent unit that doesnt suffer from heatsoak. Youll probably need a small metal pipe to connect the silicone and air filter.
