Default A Bad Christmas for ORSMAU

Unfortuntely my car got caught in the hail storm on christmas day and has major damage to the whole body, not sure what I'm currently going to do with the car as I'm not covered by insurance. I hope to fix it but going to add up costs before making a decision.

John, again, sorry to hear about what has happened. Marty's wagon is damaged too. Overall 2011 has not been a kind year.

I would not bother repairing it unless you know someone who can do it for a good price.Maybe time for that ute.

Seems the hail made your ORSM cruisers sticker crooked too!

Most of the dents can be fixed by PDR, but they are around the $50 to $100 per dent (depending on where they are and how hard to get to), so count them, multiply by 50, and that's the minimum it will cost for repair.

Sorry about the car but this is why you should have insurance (not to mention if you run into someone).

I've got 3rd Party Insurance just because most insurances wanted $2200-$2700 as I'm a P Plater, just couldn't justify spending that kind of money at to mention I don't really have that kind of money when they were only going to give me $6000 for it

Damn, sorry to see and hear about the damage on your car mate. Just when you had it all fixed too. I hope the coming year brings you much better luck and joy. May have to start buying raffle tickets in the shopping centres just like me.
Who knows may get lucky.... and win a car too.
