I work as a tech trainer for a motor company, so the perks are varied. I find out about the upgrades to vehicles before the public does, I know the release dates before the public does. I get to drive vehicles that just are not not for public release. I see things that are not meant to be seen. To top it off I get all sorts of freebies: Corporate box tickets to race meets, special clothes that are not released for public sale, cheap cars the list goes on...........

However the hours are long and the information to be stored in the head is considerably technical and specific.

All in all it is an interesting job and I must admit I can not complain.

I get to see cool planes sometimes. F-16s, B1s, F/A-18Es, EA6Bs etc.
Not often but I do see them.
Otherwise no other perks.

Okay, free old laptops, free desktop computer, free broadband internet, blackberry work/personal phone paid and little gifts every now and then, like wireless. Yeah, I work in IT Support

I don't buy PCs or Laptops now....sure the gear is older, but why bother spending money?

Some great perks there, Bathurst for 12 people, saving lives, spring carnival, I thought there may have been a politican among us that could have shared some insight.
