hey guys, I don't know if there is a link somwhere on the site with the answer I'm looking for, but due to this being urgent I thought I would just post the thread up letting everyone know I'm looking for an XR body kit for an el or ef not sure. Would an el kit fit an ef and vice versa?
Anyway I'm from Melbourne and I wanted to ask if anybody knows where I can get a cheap XR bodykit for an el ef (again I'm not sure what model the car is) if anybody knows anyone thats selling, or know a shop that has what I'm looking for it would be greatly appreciated cheers

I know an EL front fits on an EF, bit it's a close fit around the bonnet.

EF/EL bodykits are all inter-changeable e.g. EL kit will go on EF and an EF kit will go on the EL.
There the same design the only difference being the EL kit is 'chunkier' and more aggressive looking in my opinion. If your talking about the whole front (XR twinlights) then you will need the XR front bar as well as the skirts, once again there is a slightly different design between the EF/EL XR front bars, but both fit the same way. EF/EL XR lights however are all the same. If you have an EL Gli/Futura i think you will need a low-series EF bonnet if you decide to go the XR lights as well as bodykit. Few sites off the top of my head that stock them http://awcinfo.com/ www.ssv.com.au |
