nice car but way over priced. i must question why a car of that age and klm's has had a full respray and headlights and tail lights replaced. i am a motor dealer so im suss about things like that, but i can tell you for a little more you can get a very nice BA fairlane. im already seeing ex limo BA'S with 200 klm's for 15k. I know what i'd rather be driving.!

With AU Fairlanes, you get a lot of car for your money! Looks really nice, except the rims! Each to their own though! LOL!

My fairlane is a 99 with ~110k KMs on it and requires the front end of the car resprayed and the tail/head lights and the grill replaced. The grill on these is easily chipped from stones and the headlights get weathered very easilly for some reason. The paint on the front and sills of my car is also very thin, to the point of getting a small stone chip right down to plastic. Sux.

And i would rather have the AU myself. There is not much to differentiate the BA LWBs from the SWBs but the AU has a completely different look. The inside is unique to the fairmont/fairlane aswell, whereas the BA just has the nice screen and trim, but still looks very similar.

Well im sure it doesn't sell for a reason.

Why would someone pour so much money into something and then have to sell it so quickly.... something smells fishy to me.
