Just wondering if anybody is interested in head stud kits for their 6cyl
I have 3 sets coming with ARP 12point nuts & washers. The cost would be $350 a set. These studs have been tested in a few applications now and have passed with flying colors. If you are interested please pm me and i will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are they re-usable or do you have to get new ones every time the head comes off?
DO you think they would be worthwhile for a motor that's been properly machined, has an O-ringed deck and copper head gasket? |

the studs can be used a number of times.....
Would greatly improve the whole package...no point having all that done only to stretch std bolts and risk damage.

how is it geting the head on at the back with these?

studs can be fitted or removed with the head in place....
fritzz is correct that you cant get the head on & off with studs in place. have seen heads lift with std bolts with as little as 15psi boost

i wouldnt mind these, fair few dollars but im sure its worth it for a top level motor. Ive also got a big thick ***** off copper gasket sitting here, and its not a good idea to retain standard bolts because of the added thickness, means fewer threads are properly seated. I just have to wait for my au block to arrive so i can get that O-ringed and away i go.
